Altare Productions is an independent label and distribution based in Portugal, dedicated primarily to Black Metal and related forms of underground music. The catalogue is built through careful selection rather than constant output, with an emphasis on atmosphere, identity and lasting character.

Alongside its own releases, Altare maintains a curated distribution and ships worldwide.

Demo submissions are not currently accepted; unsolicited approaches from projects with no previous contact or connection to the label are unlikely to result in a release.
