Shipping Information - Covid 19
Altare is shipping orders normally but they may take longer than usual to arrive.
The Portuguese post company (CTT) is accepting parcels for most destinations in the world, but delays will occur. Their standard timings will no longer apply while the pandemia lasts.
Here's an updated list of the countries they are shipping to.
Para Portugal, o serviço dos CTT está a funcionar normalmente, sem atrasos ou restrições.
DHL is also shipping normally to European destinations, but delays might occur as well while the pandemia lasts.
